What we collect
When you request access or use DecisionOS, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and optional company information
- If you install via Slack, we access only what's needed to provide the product (your Slack user ID, timezone, and workspace information)
- Usage data to improve the product (what features you use, when you log in)
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve DecisionOS
- Send you weekly focus summaries (if you opt in)
- Respond to your questions and feedback
- Ensure security and prevent abuse
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data. Ever.
- We don't share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Airtable for data storage, Slack for authentication)
- We don't use your data for advertising or tracking beyond our own product analytics
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Airtable (data storage) and Cloudflare (hosting & security) as our infrastructure providers. Both are SOC 2 compliant.
Your rights
You can request to view, export, or delete your data at any time. Email us at [email protected].
